DANIEL J. POLITZER

interim COO

 

DANIEL J. POLITZER is the interim COO for The OpEd Project, where he strives to make everything work better for our team, so that we can make the world better. He appreciates what this team does for the world and is glad to have the opportunity to wake up each morning to support it. Daniel has held leadership positions in the tech sector and in finance, including in customer success, restructuring, operations, and public and private market investments. He has a BA from Harvard, an MBA from MIT, and is a CFA charter holder. In addition to his work at The OpEd Project, he is an enthusiastic amateur chef, occasional data science geek and Python programmer, and very proud father of three teenage boys. Daniel was born in Santiago, Chile, spent his childhood in Edinburgh, Scotland, and is a proud immigrant to the United States.
