Amanda Joy Calhoun is a doctor, educator, and a Psychiatry Resident at Yale School of Medicine. In 2021 Amanda became a Public Voices Fellow of The OpEd Project in partnership with Yale, and since then has published dozens of op-eds, articles, and papers in trade journals and national media outlets, focusing especially on the psychological violence of anti-Black racism on children. She joined The OpEd Project in 2022 as a Facilitator and Fellowship Coach.
